Project Overview

Delivering tailored solutions for a large telecom provider in Singapore that serves about 500,000 users with mobile, digital TV, broadband, IPTV, and OTT services. The project aimed at optimizing and transforming the client's operational efficiency by replacing the existing legacy system with a modern and easy customization solution.

Responsibilities

  • Gathered and reviewed business requirements and user stories.
  • Defined and documented high-level solution designs.
  • Ensured design solution alignment with target architecture.
  • Managed approval processes for Impact Assessment Documents and Impact Assessment Quotations.
  • Coordinated with vendors, IT developers, testers, and project managers to ensure timely and accurate implementation of solutions.
  • Provided process and system improvement recommendations.
  • Integrate systems such as SAP, Siebel CRM, SFDC, and RSM (internally developed product for resource management)

Key Achievements

  • Crafted tailored technology solutions aligned with business objectives,ensuring feasibility, scope adherence, and strategic alignment.
  • Collaborated seamlessly with cross-functional teams of internal stakeholders, including Business Analysts, Project Managers, Application Developers, and Quality Assurance professionals, as well as external stakeholders such as Business Users and Application Developers from Vendors, to develop comprehensive solutions.
  • Successfully delivered 18 Impact Assessments related to resource management, both logical and physical in the telecommunications sector.
  • Reviewed and enhanced 20+ impact assessments(IAs) and related details Designs (DD) to ensure optimal solution quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Delivered Proof Of Concept that showcased the feasibility and potential of using React 17 for future development projects.
